Implementation Process

A quick look at our process

Planning

During our planning step we will gather all of the requirements for a successful project. This ensures a smooth project from beginning to end.

Analysis

After all requirents are documented, we analyze that data to lead us into the next step.

Design

During design we use a pilot tenant to start to build your system. we will take the requirements and demo the system with your data.

Implementation

During implementation we will start to train you in the system. Then we will move the data from the pilot tenant to the live tenant and address any final issues.

Testing & Integration

After you have been trained and we move the data to the live tenant we will have you use the system as if it was your own. During this period we will want to paralell your old system to make sure everything is being calculated and entered correctly.

Maintenance and Support

Once both parties are satisfied that the project is complete, we will move to continous support. This is on going support for any questions and issues that may arise when using your system for the first 3 month.

continous Support

After the 3 months of support, you can choose to stay on our support plan that will give you support indefintely. You will continue to get top notch support and quick answers.
